    The Sit-u-Up Pillowlift

The Sit-u-Up Pillowlift is similar to the Mangar Handy Pillowlift, however, it’s better suited for a patient that needs a little bit of extra support as it has a more structured backrest. We believe that those in a medical setting who need a firmer support - without compromising their overall comfort - will benefit greatly from the Sit-u-Up.

At the touch of a button patients can sit upright using the pillow lift, either being lifted steadily onto their back or onto their side. It’s fully inflatable when in use, and when deflated it comfortably allows the user to lie down completely flat, making it a simple and cost-effective alternative to a profiling bed.

    Who Can Use it?

The Sit-u-Up is designed for use by those who experience difficulties when sitting up in bed. It’s a great solution for those that require extra support and comfort when rising into a seated position, as it’s beneficial to both the patient and the NHS caregiver.

    Special features

    • The Sit-u-Up Pillowlift is easy to store as it’s compact, with an easy to carry case
    • If needed a second person can still share the bed with a patient, as the pillow lift is pillow-width and causes no disturbances
    • The pillow lift can be used on any size bed
    • If you’re looking to travel the Pillowlift is lightweight and portable, making it suitable to take with you
    • The Sit-u-Up also comes with an anti-slip pillow holder
    • The device inflates and deflates smoothly and safely
